The location here is fantastic, right in the heart of town near a shopping area, restaurants, the interstate, and a theater.

The room here was super new, really clean, and the beds were comfy. They had everything we needed, and we especially liked the wake-up service they offered! ⏰

Nothing was too much trouble during our stay. the hotel is nicely appointed and well-maintained. - It is in an awesome position right by Lawrence. - Great location for a relative's college graduation from KU. Excellent for visiting Walmart Supercenter.

Convenient base for exploring Lawrence. Well-appointed place, updated rooms. Satisfactory breakfast and on time. A flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a personal safe in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. Nice and kind staff at all times. Awesome location for Lawrence, just next door to restaurants, shopping options and Lawrence for a relative's college graduation from KU.

Guy at the counter was the friendliest I've encountered in awhile.

Cleaning lady had an attitude at first but tried to rectify being rude.

I forgot my wrist watch in the room when I checked out. Called the front desk and alerted them about it. Watch was never returned to me. Very sad.

Convenient location near a movie theater and restaurants, with the Wakarusa River right by 🎥🍔🌊.

The room had comfortable beds. The breakfast offered plenty of good options. The hotel's location was particularly great, situated close to shopping areas, restaurants, and the interstate.

There seemed to be a lot of road noise (US59). Did not get refund of the $40 required at check-in although it was all pre-paid.

Stayed here with my son for 3 nights, enjoyed our time as the rooms were clean with comfy beds and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The lobby was clean, The furniture was up to date, and didn't appear to be old. The Carpet was Clean, my room was nice and spacious. I loved it.

The outside of the building looks old. The whirlpool had stains in it. And I think I paid to much for 1 night. My Son is on KU men basketball team, and I will be in Lawrence more frequently. But I don't know if I will come stay at the holiday inn express, anymore, cause with my air fare and renting a car, staying at this hotel is just too expensive.

Great staff. Convenient parking. Grandchild could stay overnight for free on the pull out sofa.

We were tere for about a weeek. It would have been nice if the breakfast had more variety from day to day. Also, the pancake maker was unique but the pancakes were tough. A waffle maker would be better.
